On Sunday, the White House celebration brought together more than 2 dozen children and their families who celebrated the after church Easter egg roll ceremony along with the Bidens, NBC weather reporter, Al Roker and Mr and Mrs Bunny.

Just one day prior to the day of recognition of one of tge nation's great contributors to alleviating obstacles to accessing farm worker's rights, Cesar Chavez, Biden and a few of the White House staff members added to making the day special. President Biden spoke of the Christ Resurrection day as being one for sharing in compassion for others and prayer with others.

Dr Jill Biden, also, spoke in reference to the ceremony serving as a significant segment of education for tge school children participating in the day's Easter Egg Roll.
Dr. Biden commented in regard to , whike she works as a teacher, it is a favorite event that she enjoys annually--turning the White House into a classroom. The First Lady stated that education is essential allowing student to "... explore and reach new heights."
President Biden extended special recognition yo the American Egg Board, the White House Historical Association and the National Park Service and egg farmers
Biden commented in reference to the first White House egg roll that transpired after national parks were not permitted as grounds for tge type of event. The President at time time decided to hold the ceremony at the White House where the egg roll would continue unimpeded by stringent rules and regulations.
In regard to tge day's ceremony, Biden indicates that it is a day of hope of sharing and honor for tge peace and freedoms in which Americans share in exercising and enjoying in the U.S.
