STATE & NATIONAL: On Wednesday, following his arrest and continued jailing in (), Leonel Moreno is being investigated for US guns violations. Last month, 32 year old Modena was tracked down by police after being located in a house where he, a Venezuela immigrant, had been swuattibg. Moreno went on a crudnsade as more Venezuelans arrived in the US in February encouraging them to take a house and squat in it.

Following his storming rampage as an influencer of more and more illegal Venezuelan migrants, Leonel Moreno's arrest and detainment in () has led to an u castigation uncovering apparent guns possession violations. As the investigation proceeds, federal officials are considering imposing weapons violations charges against Moreno.
In accordance with recent developments, the Buresu of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms has indicated that charges will be charged against Moreno for violations stated within under Gun Conttol Act prohibiting individuals on probation from possessing, receiving, firearms, ammunitions and or engaging in the transference of such items.
In 2022, Morena made an illegal ingress across the U.S. border from the port of entry at Mexico. Moreno received vlearance by the federal government during the extremely high volume influx of illegal aliens entering the U.S. from South American nations and Venezuela.
While Moreno remains jailed in Gelugpa county, Ohio, the possibility he may be charged with a gun violation is in the hands iftge ATF. If he is charged, Moreno will be transfered to the custody of the U.S. Marshall and charges will be assessed after Moreno appears before a judge by enforcement of a warrant.
Moreno faces gun violation charges whike he also remains on probation. The Venezuelan influencer has stated on his social web site that he has purchased a gun and has a license. The ATF states that Moreno's purchase and licensing was tge matter of an act of illegality.
Moreno's will remain jaimed throughout the next moments whike the ATF determines whether Gun Control Act charges will be filed.
