Ukraine Pushes Back As Russian Forces Strike At Vovchansk

At dawn, Ukraine officials deployed defense units to Vovchansk as it is suspected that Russia is targeting Vovchansk as a free zone for encamping.

Shelling that continued during the night prompted the evacuation of 3000 Ukrainians residing only 3 miles from the Russian border.

Russian forces continued moving into Karkhiv, as Ukraine forces rushed into the area to push back against Russian fighters.

According to a plan announced from Moscow, Putin indicated that Russia’s military would take over territories at Vovchansk near Karkhiv—the plan by Russia was expected by Ukraine forces.
