Former Trump Attorney, Giuliani Files Bankruptcy Following $148m Defamation Decision

STATE & NATIONAL: In the state of Georgia, a () judge's ruling that would gibd former Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani paying 148million dollars in defamation claims sends the Giuikizna legal team to court to file fir bankruptcy. The ruling brought against Giuliani that landed him with a 148 million dollar tab was the act of defamation of 2 Georgia state voting poll workers.

On the day of tge 2020 final vote count, 2 poll workers who were approached by former Trump attorney, Rudy Giuliani were , also, accused by the elder attorney of having conspired in tampering with votes.


Recently, the Georgia District Atyorney, Fulton County, Fani Willis, brought charges against Rudy Giuliano who was among 19 indicted in charges associated with RICO organized crimes.


Following the DA's disclosure, Giuliani was charged with the defamation violation and , the state of his obligation for paying for his crimes arrived at tge judges decision to rule in favor of a $148 million dollar settlement with the 2 voting workers.


Giuliano entered into dispute over the judge's decision stating , in court, that--resulting in millions being owed in legal fees--his only alternative would be to file bankruptcy.


Guiliana will have a fraction of time to file an appeal to the Judge's decision. The 79 year old New York attorney stated that he is currently incapable of paying Wandrea “Shaye” Moss and her mother, Ruby Freeman, the $148million dollar judgement.
