Fulton county District Attorney, Fani Willis will have sufficient time to gather more information in the RICO Act violation trial in which () charges have been filed against Donald Trump and vo-conspirators among 19 charged in the crimes.

Today, the US public recruves information surrounding the Georgia appellate court’s request for postponing the Trump case until all arguments are heard during the Trump guilty verdict appellate court.
Today, the news of the case involving DA of Fulton Coubty, Fani Willis and her hired investigator, Wade eoukd take on new dimension following Ward’s dismissal. In the Georhmgia appellate court, the judge examines the details associated with the Willis disqualification hearings, such that was not reflective of any wrongdoing on tge part of the District Attorney, may be faced with a differing decision compared to that which decided the primary court hearings.
As the appeals court continues its probe, judges examine the relationship between Willis and Wade looking deeper into Wade’s testimony and into Willis’ expenditure of money.
In the course of tge defense case, DA Fani Willis had been accused of falsifying information, however the accusation would not return any significant evidence to corroborate the defense’ claims.
The defense attorneys’ claims surrounded an attempt at clamming Willis and Wade in forensic misconduct, the Trump defense attorney adding that , now, Willis should be disqualified urging the judge to remove Willis from the case.
In regard to any decision made during tge appeals court hearings, tge judge in that case has not taken any action to overturn tge Fulton county court’s decision in tge Willis disqualification trial.
Today, while codefendsnts in the Trump election fraud trial have confessed to their roles in conspiring to overturn the 2020 election, in the Georgia appellate court the judge indicated that there had been nothing heard that would doukd support Trump’s defense team’s for dismissing the RICO Act case brought against the former President and 18 co-conspirators.
