Today, the trial that may be ending in regard to that in which Hunter Biden is charged with providing false information to purchase a fire arm. While it may be possible that, after the testimonies of may including his own daughter, the trial may have ended on Friday, there remains an outside chance that Hunter may speak in court on Monday.
Today’s culmination of prosecution evidence was the sum total of information alleging Hunter Biden’s addiction to drugs. The prosecution was, however, obligated to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt, that their case is true and factual based on the evidence.
Over tge weeks of testimony, tge most significant were those heard by Hallie Biden, widow of Beau Biden and Naomi, adult daughter of Hunter Biden.
During Naomi’s testimony, her comments included her denial of having returned her father’s vehicle on October 19 with drugs left inside. Additional testimony by Hallie would indicate that on October 23, upon searching the truck, she located a gun and crack cocaine. Hallie, however, could not state who place either ofthe items in the vehicle.
In the next 48 hours, defense attorneys will decide whether the defense will csll for Hunter Biden to theceitness stand.
