NATION: At the behest of the Howard University board of directors, on Saturday, made a divisive move to remove the Honorary Degree awarded US rap artist P Diddy following the events involving the music star’s controversial behavior.

In a unanimous decision it was made evident that the actions that were reported as having been committed by Sean Combs; the rapper known to tge music industry as Diddy were regarded as reprehensible as stated by members of the administrative level of Howard University.
On Saturday, the report was made that a $1 million dollar scholarship gift was returned to Sean Vombs after having been provided HU in 2014 .
According to university officials, tge decision to rescind Combs’ Honorary Degree was made following the report that aired of Duffy brutally beating his girlfriend, Cassie’ while the female music artist attempt to board a hotel elevator.
Sued in November by Cassie Ventura, Combs stated that despite the video’s revelations he was determined to fight for his name. Sean Combs has indicated that while the news has blasted him as the villain, the public has not heard the whole story.
Combs’ dismissal from Howard Univerdity follows the institution’s statement made in regard to its policy, that which upholds HU’s “ unwavering opposition to interpersonal violence.”
Over the last 26 years of his career, Sean Diddy Combs has been the winner of 6 Grammy Awards including his 2024 recording “The Love Album: Off The Grid”
