US & GLOBAL: Today, the UN Security Council voted in agreement with tge Biden- developed resolution. According to the outline, Hamas would be expected to agree with the 3 Phase ceasefire proposal —a plan that has , already been accepted by Israel, Qatar and Turkey.

Today, during the gathering of nations involved in the 2024 UN Security Council, there was opposition to the resolution by Russian officials. Despite the inferences made by Russians, UN’s super power shined through with 14 nations fam greeting with the 3-Phase ceasefire agreement.
The 3P Res. would take the first steps in securing the release of children, the elderly, the sick and women held hostage by Hamas. The agreement would provide for the release of Palestinians held hostage in Israel.
In the course of 6 weeks, all hostages and detainees would be exchanged and further talks will be held, thereafter, between Israeli and Hamas leaders in the 2nd Phase.
In the 3rd Phase, the efforts that eoukd involve the reconstruction ofthe region would be the final step in the plan to arrive at a burgeoning peaceful region within that which connects Israel to Gaza.
In the last week and pre UN Security Counvil moments, the violence that left nearly 300 dead and several wounded might have created an increase in tension between Israel and Palestine-backed Hamas. While the Security Council’s vote provided for a next step in the efforts to bring about peace, still, only Hamas remains a hold out in the final decision.
Now, with Israeli Defense minister, Benny Gantz out of the picture, the weight falls upon Netanyahu to secure the support by the Israel coalition which, among its members, are, also, desirous of seeing an end to the war violence.
