DELAWARE NATION: Last week, as the closing arguments drew to a halt in the Hunter Biden gun trial, the question that loomed over the court was whether Biden would take the stand. On Friday, following the decision to postpone a decision until Monday, June 10, it was left to Hunter to testify today or not to testify.

On Monday, the Delaware court trial conducted by prosecutors in the Hunter Biden gun case would not end with a testimony from attorney Abby’s client.
Having mulled over his decision as the court remained in recess Saturday and Sunday, Hunter Biden elected to defer to not taking the witness stand.
According to experts, the younger Biden’s attorney () Abby, is reputed to be adroit as a legal counselor. Abby is known for winding down to a victory for his clients, his track record for victories has indicated that defendants have not always testified in their own behalf and have had a trial decided in their favor..
As the case closed, today, with no further questioning of young Biden by the defense, the trial process will now be moved to the final stage, the defense and prosecution conducting closing arguments, today, followed, at some point—possibly tomorrow or Wednesday—by the verdict.
Hunter Biden has plead not guilty to claims that he falsified information on a gun purchase application. Hunter Biden, also, informed the court that, as a result of his enrollment in a drug program, he would be drug free and did not perceive himself as being drug addicted.
During the, now, 2nd week of trial, comments made by those observing younger Biden’s court comportment describe Hunter as being quite relaxed adding that he seemed light hearted often demonstrating the good nature disposition comp able to his father, President Joe Biden
Today, as final comments are made by the prosecution and defense attorneys, the day is established as one among the last days of the 2 week trial that First Lady Dr Jill Biden has attended her son, Hunter’s trial. Last weekend, Dr Biden returned from tge official trip to France made by her and husband, US President Joe Biden Dr Biden flew back to the states for the sole purpose of being at her son’s side, today.
