STATE & NATIONAL: The final verdict in, Hunter Biden was found guilty on 3 felony charges involving providing false information on a gun purchase application. The case brought against the younger Biden charged that he violated laws that would, otherwise, prohibit the sale of a firearm to a drug addicted person.

On Tuesday, the final decision in the Hunter BUDEN gun purchase trial was handed down by the jury of 12 —the jury that perceived younger Biden as being guilty despite his opening trial not guilty plea.
Hunter Biden commented following the disclosure of the guilty verdict stating tgst he was disappointed by the verdict , however, has every respect for the judicial process.
On Tuesday, tge verdict that was presented found that the younger Biden was guilty on 3 felony charges. The charges included tgst of a gun purchase that violated laws associated with drug addiction.
Other charges brought by the Delaware prosecutors were 2 counts of providing false information in regard to his drug use. The 3rd was a of possession of a firearm during a time that the purchaser was addicted to and/or using illegal drugs.
The testimonies heard by the court in regard to Hunter Biden’s drug use at the time of tge gun purchase were not concrete in regard to the 57 year old’s use of drugs. In the testimony given by his brother’s X wife indicated that she found drug apparatus, however, never witness Hunter using drugs. Similar comments were made by his daughter who indicated that she had never seen her father using drugs.
Hunter Biden’s case closing with the 3 count conviction, Judge () concluded that a sentencing trial will be held 120 days following today’s verdict. The conviction has the proclivity to impose 750, 000 in fines and a 25 year jail sentence.
