NATION: US Supreme Court Justice, Samuel Alito reacts to a recording made , surreptitiously, during an annual dinner held for members of te Supreme Court. The recording was made by, film producer and journalist Lauren Windsor who spoke with Mrs Alito during the dinner.

Supreme Court Justice Alito and wife attended a gala held on June 3rd when Mrs Alito was, apparently given audience by Lauren Windsor. Engaging Mrs Alito in conversation, Windsor received comments made by Mrs Alito eluding to her disdain for the the gay community.
Mrs Alito comments were apparently recorded without her knowledge. At some point later, Windsor disclosed the comment to the public.
Today, Windsor made a statement disclosing her legal ability to record Mrs Alitos statement made in regard to a Pride flag that is situated across the waterway from her home.
Windsor, who, possibly, made inferences to the Alitos that she was a Catholic conservative, stated later, that she does understand the matter associated with Supreme Court decorum, however, stated that her reason for recording Mrs Alitos comment raised questions in regard to the inflection point that the nation is in, at this time.
Several recordings were made of comments by a number of the Suoreme Court Justices. Apparently, Lauren Windsor prepared for producing a film while, possibly, planning the use of the comments for the examination of the moral or immoral philosophies of the members.
Justice Alito commented following his having learned if tge secret recordings, “One side or the other is going to win…” Alito added that living together—perhaps speaking in regard to American gays—is “ difficult…” but that there can be a way of working…living together, peacefully.”
