“This sad and tragic combination…,” Bragg stated, it’s seen “ …at the intersection of gun violence and gun trafficking and hste and extremism.”

On June 4, as the illegal gun parts sales conviction and sentence of Hayden Espinosa ended, federal officers at a Louisiana prison rearrested the 24 year following the sale of illegal gun parts made by Espinosa during his federal prison term.

The office of District Attorney Bragg stated on Thursday that 5 felony charges are pending as the DAs office investigates the sale of gun parts that was made to the undercover federal officer.

Espinosa was charged with Class D felonies in regard to the sale of Firearm Transport, the transport of a Machine Gun, a Silencer and a Disguised Gun. A return convict, Espinosa was, also, charged with one count of Attempted Criminal Sale of a Firearm in the 3rd Degree.

According to the information gathered by undercover federal police, Espinosa’s role in gun part sales involved him as moderator for the Telegram Channel, the 3D Amendment. A report made by DA Bragg’s office revealed Espinosa’s involvement in the sale of ghost guns

In a press release the DA’s office stated that Espinosa engaged in the sale of ghost guns while incarcerated in federal prison. The report states that the 3D Amenment through the Telegram Channel was operated via cell phones that had been smuggled into the prison.

A report made by the Dads office, also, indicated that Buffalo mass shooter/merderer Payton Gendron had contact with Hayden Espinosa, a resident of Corpus Christi, Texas appears to have, at some point returned to his home town prior to his arrest.
