US & GLOBAL: On Saturday, a report from Ukraine defense officials has desctmribedca situation involving the shooting down of a Russian A-50 spy craft. Ukraine succeeded at firing upon and downing the Russian spy plane while using Patriot missiles.

Based on the report from Ukraine, this story realky becomes more and more hilarious. Here’s why: the A-50 is one of the most sophisticated aircraft designed in Russia for Russia’s military as an early detection warning vessel apparently purported to be capable of preventing the types of attacks that the A-50 plane sustained at tge hand ofthe Ukraine military.
This event that actually took place in January has left the Russian military in total dejection and significant wonder, questioning whether the substance of their defensive arsenal is actually effective and/or indefeatable.
In a chain of responses to tge question accountability, Colonel of the 10th Army Air and Missile Defense Command stated that Patriot missiles launchers were being used as a measure of security, protecting the Ukraine infrastructure and other sites.
An official with the U.S. stated that the Russian A-50 was SAMBushed adding that a number of the US SAMbush launchers have been deployed in a various regions and are effective in launching surface-to-air ambushes. Currently, the Patriot is among the surface-to-air ambush launchers situated in ear the Red Sea where US navy warship engage in battle with Houthis.
Ukraine has been successful in launching antiaircraft system 6 months ago when the Ukrsine military shot down the Ilyushin Il-22 airborne command post.
