Biden Wins SCOTUS Victory In State Claims Against Removal of COVID-19 Posts At Social Media Sites


POLITICS: In 2020, the United States was gradually drawn into a major health threat, that which evolved into a global pandemic. COVID-19 represented a threat to the lives of millions around the world. In the year that followed, the United States established a mission to develop vaccines and ensure that, in addition to U.S. resident, the global populace of under established nations would , also, be supplied with vaccines and other supplies.

The COVID-19 pandemic resulted in millions of deaths around the world and nearly 2 million across the Americas. As the pandemic diminished in the United States, experts on the disease who hand closely examined the spread, height and diminishing effects of COVID-19, were clear on their assessment that by May, 2023 COVID-19 would have been significantly dispensed. The U.S. was, thereafter, considered safe for being restored to reopening the economy as a whole. The reopening that began shortly prior to the end of the 45th, administration of Donald Trump was continued and completed by U.S. President Joe Biden.


During the 12-24 month long pandemic, Dr Anthony Fauci, head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease commented in reference to the ultimate cascading of the spread ofthe COVID-19 infection as the U.S. became increasingly vaccinated and continued to practice mitigation measures.


Fsuci’s virtual COVID-19 forecasts were effective as tge pandemic began to ebb in latter 2021. Reports from the medical community inficated that by spring 2022, COVID-19 infections slowed dramatically, diminishing the national risk for infection in lock-step pace.


With 230.0million people inthe nation vaccinated and the peak period of COVID 19 deaths cascaded gradually, moving down from 1,219,487 at 9% of all infections to 2%, By the time of the total reopening of the economy in 2023, experts were already certain that COVID-19 had been cordoned.


Following tge total reopening of the US and later removal of social media posts involving the existence of and warnings associated with the pandemic Ststes across the nation, including Missouri, Florida, Louisiana, Texas and others, filed a law suit claiming the Biden administration pressured social media companies to remove the COVID-19 posts.


Petitioning against the administration with the argument that state views were being abridged, the states of Florida and Texas filed orders in each state that would make it a violation of the law for social media companies to remove posts that expressed state views.


The states presenting the case to the Supreme Court argued that it was the Biden administration and Surgeon General that pressured social media companies to remove COVID-19 posts.


Closing the Supreme Court hearings, today, it was Justice Amy who led the final opinion by which it had been stated that the law suit brought by states was unlawful adding that states had no authority nor legal standing to file a law suit against the federal government nor its agencies.
