STATE & NATIONAL: Today, there exists the strong possibility that the recent failed SpaceX rocket, the Falcon and the missed connection to unloading 20 satellites had resulted in major adjustment being undertaken by SpaceX and one of the e company’s primary investors, Elon Musk. While the possibility exists that the move was a pre-July 8 launch devision, Musk has announced that the company will be moving to Texas.

The move was made, Musk stated, “because of this law and the many others that preceded it, attacking both families and companies, SpaceX will now move its HQ from Hawthorne, California, to Starbase, Texas."
In Texas, a bit of land space is being cut out for the move to the greatest state in the union by SpaceX. After a decision made by California Governor Gavin Newsom who recently made significant adjustment in the state’s education system by signing the school SAFETY Act.
“AB 1266 requires a pupil be permitted to participate in sex-segregated school programs, activities, and facilities including athletic teams and competitions, consistent with his or her gender identity, regardless of the gender listed on the pupil's records.”
The SAFETY Act represents California Assembly Bill 1266, the law that preserves the rights of parents and children to speak, privately, in discussion involving matters associated with gender.
Musk has stated his opposition to the new law signed by Newsom which contains a safety clause for public school sydtem to lawfully expose the student’s gender alteration(s) to their parents. The mega billionaire transportation vehicle manufacturer stated in regard to the SAFETY Act “that’s the last straw.”
The Tesla CEO, major investor in SpaceX and the social website X stated that he , also, launched a petition to the state of California questioning tge state’s Education department’s decision to approve Assembly Bill 1955– a new policy contained in the California public school system In-service meetings to be held on school grounds and adds a measure that supports and provides funding for community resources for LGBTQ students.
According to recent reports, the billionaire business mogul, Elon Musk’s move of 2 of his major operations has not been disclosed. However, Misk has taken up residence in central Texas and plans for building are designated for the Texas triangle.
