“The Jewish people are not occupiers in their own land — not in our eternal capital Jerusalem, not in the land of our ancestors in Judea and Samaria.”—Israel Prime Minister Ben Netanyahu

Today, a disgruntled Netanyahu commented in regard to the ICJ ruling stating that tgeir comments about zisrael are false.

The Hague ruling has no precedent, however, carries the proclivity to further set Israel at odds with Palestine and residents of Gaza.

Today, Netanyshu responds to Hague’s decision stating that the ruling “…distorts historical truth.” Netanyahu indicated that he will not accept the INJ decision stating that there can be “ no contesting…” of every Israel territory. Netanyahu adding that every Israel territory is legal.

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) recently ruled that Israel's presence is unlawful in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.

Subsequent to the ICJ decision, the court emphasized that Israel must end its settlement activities and withdraw from these territories

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded by asserting that these areas are part of the Jewish people's historical homeland and has, thus far, decline Hague’s order to have Jews vacate the territories.
