POLITICS: There have been more audacious events than these…! Today, comments have been put forth by SCOTUS Justice Neil Gorsuch included the Justice’s warning made in reaction to US President Joe Biden’s plan for imposing reforms on the U.S. Supreme Court. Recently, Biden was confronted by Gorsuch’ comments made agsinst reformation of the U.S. Supreme Court stating. “ I just say; be careful.”

Earlier this week, following US President Joe Biden’s announcement made in regard to a plan for developing specified reforms that Biden states are necessary to be made in order to preserve the integrity of the U.S. high court.
The person in the spotlight would want “… a jury of your peers to . Isn’t that your right in America.?”
During a recent interview Justice Gorsuch expressed his impression of the U.S. justice system stating, “…the independent judiciary means… if you’re unpopular, you can get a fair hearing.” Gorsuch commented, further, that anyone in the majority will not require judges and juries to protect them adding that their popularity puts them In the spotlight and that person would desire a
“…ferociously independent…” judge to preside over their hearing.
Biden’s announcement that came forth last week included the plans by the Office ofthe President that followed the report made by a coalition formed by the Biden administration in 2021. The President's redolution includes three reforms as a measure in restoring trust inthe Supreme Court:
1). NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW AMMENDMENT: Makes it clear that there is no immunity for crimes committed by a former U.S. President while in office.
2). Limits Supreme Court Justices term in the high court and calls for the term of the Supreme Court Justice to extend to 18 years.
3). A bonding ‘code of conduct’ — a code of conduct that is enforceable adding the necessity for mandatory disclosure of gifts and and mandatory recusal by the Supreme Court Justice in such event that they or a spouse is faced with a financial crime or conflict of interest.
During his comments announced to the nation, President Biden made it clear that , in recent years. particularly turning the focus to the Trump administration, that the reforms that will be approached will effectively restore the accountability’s ns trust in the high court and preserve democracy in the United States.
Biden commented that the court erred when it made a decision for one; Donald Trump. The U.S. is the only major nation in the democracy, Biden states, that provides for lifetime terms for high court Justices. Limiting the term will accomplish eliminating the use by Supreme Court in a manner to weaponize its power.
While Horsuch commented in reference to the platform; tge US Supreme Court, as though it is a stage that a show is played upon an indication that favor seems to be provided to those who appear upon the stage who have clout, popularity, wealth will receive favor from the court while the others, unpopular , those who are not influential and those who are not wealthy will be judged according g to the law under such circumstances that the balance of justice is observed.
Biden stated that Supreme Court reform is of utmost necessity. It is an indication by President Biden that, for the very reasons expressed by Justice Gorsuch, the need for Supreme Court reform is now.
