These matters at issue have contributed to President Joe Biden's push for reforms.
Biden proposes an 18-year term limit for justices to ensure regular changes in the Court's composition. The President's proposed reforms will require Justices' disclosure of gifts, refrain from political activities, and recuse themselves from cases with potential conflicts of interest.
