Ukraine Reticent Surrounding Military Operations In Kursk• Russia Call For Global Condemnation

US & GLOBAL: During a recent UN session, Russian officials expressed significant dissatisfaction with Ukraine's silence during a U.S. review of events in Kursk. Russian President Vladimir Putin described the Ukrainian incursion into the Kursk region as a "large-scale provocation" and accused Ukrainian forces of targeting civilians.
