STATE & NATIONAL: A recent report from New York states the situation that has developed involving Mayor Eric Adams. The New York Mayor is currently under investigation for potential corruption and illegal campaign donations related to his 2021 mayoral campaign.

Involved in the investigation, are Federal prosecutors who have issued subpoenas to Adams, his campaign, and City Hall as part of this probe
The Adams investigation includes allegations of a straw donor scheme and possible ties to foreign contributions. FBI agents have, also, seized Adams' electronic devices as part of the investigation
Despite these developments, Adams has publicly denied any wrongdoing and has pledged full cooperation with the authorities
