Today, Schumer described the Supreme Court as a "morass, both ethically and substantively," but stated that he is still reviewing Biden's proposals

Biden's plan includes several key changes that involve:

Term limits that only extend to 20 years for Justices.

Enforceable Ethics regulations, such that would be established as statutes within the SCOTUS Code of Conduct

Reformation of a recent Constitutional Amendment that reverses the court's most recent decision on presidential immunity.

Schumer has indicated that these ideas will be considered, however, the Senator has not , yet, committed to any specific actions.

Senator Schumer has, also, mentioned that Supreme Court reform would be a significant priority if Democrats win the upcoming elections.
