US & GLOBAL: This week, federal agents make the arrest of a former US Ambassador to Bolivia accused of working as a double agent for the nation of Cuba.

In a recent indictment delivered by a U.S. federal court, former U.S. Ambassador Manuel Rocha has been charged with providing US intelligence information to the communist nation of Cuda.
During the arraignment, the court indicated that Tocha leaked US intelligence information during his service as an Ambassador for the United States, 1981-2023.
In regard to the high profile conditions of his position as a U.S. Ambassador, Rocha was privy to US classified information. Rocha accessed data during the extent of 42 years, placing at risk US foreign policy.

Details associated with Tocha's clandestine activities indicated that the (. ) year old former U.S. Ambassador maintained his surreptitious Cuban agent identity for the purpose of protecting himself and those about whom it became apparent that an associated group worked with Rocha as his co-conspirators.
Rocha faces charges if conspiracy to transfer classified U.S. intelligence information and providing false statements to unlawfully obtain a U.S. passport.
