NATION: Opinion: In the containment of a number of weapon used criticisms fought by the former U.S. President, Donald Trump has taken his fight for power to another extreme. Today, as Trump makes sordid and bold attempts at annihilating his rival candidate; a Democrat of black/ Asian heritage, it appears the former President protests much and in a manner some of his clenched fist followers might state as being “ loud and wrong.”

In his feverish clamor to topple Vice President Harris, Trump has emerged from the depths of the platitude where most might find themselves after being served a seat upon the throne of statesmen and, however, being suffered, thereafter, by the swift blow ofthe ‘Sword of Damocles.’ Managing to withstand that which appears to Americans as a crushing blow, while pushing the wheels of his 2nd emergency , his attempt niw is to strike back , clinched fist and with a vice in hand, he opens his expose to US Constitutional statute , the 25th Amendment, which, once agains , proves to be a public err against the former.
According to the the U.S. Condtitution, the 25th Amendment, being a statute providing rules and laws surrounding the point at which a Bice President may rise to the seat of official Presidency. Clearly, while Mister Trump vehemently opposes Vice President Harris’ having, now, taken on the challenge to win the presidency, the former has apparently lost sight of the fact that the 25th Amendment states the following:
Section 3. Whenever the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, and until he transmits to them a written declaration to the contrary, such powers and duties shall be discharged by the Vice President as Acting President.
The 25th Amendment clearly stated that a Vice President ( President pro tempore) will respond to a written declaration transmitted by the President
giving a testament to his inability—which, as it is written further in the 25th Amendment, Section 4, 2nd paragraph:
“…[W]hen the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.
Basing the exclaims of the former on matters associated with the 25th Amendment and US Constitutional law, when neither the Congress nor tge Senste transmit a written declaration calling for the , ultimate, dismissal of a Predident, the Bice President is, therefore, not subjected to nornis it obligatory upon the part ofthe President pro temporal to issue nor state a declaration of the President’s status particularly if such a declaration would oppose the President affirmation of his ability to proceed in his elected position.
Today, in reference to the U.S. Constitution, the claims made by Trump arrived at the substance of the former President’s grappling at any means by which to -using a game of football term— ‘ clip’ his rival Democratic candidate to eliminate the competition. that would situate Donald Trump on the wrong field, at the wrong time with the wrong people.
While it is evident that the United States has arrived at this moment in America when a woman and a woman of color can serve as this nation’s leadership, it is in accordance with the U.S. Constitution , 25th Amendment that , today, in this hour, the Democratic candidate to be US President is that woman and that woman is US Vice President Kamala Harris.
