Harris May Relish In Trump’s 2nd Debate Turn Down -Still Standing, Harris Joins Biden For Celebration

POLITICS: Today, the recent news involving a 2nd presidents’ debate is marked by the resounding decline by Donald Trump who opposed a rematch with Candidate for US President Kamala Harris. However curious it may be that Trump would refuse engaging in a 2nd debate, the climate of celebration may have landed on the White House as the news was received. While Trump may defer to giving more of his attention to his on going civil and criminal trials, Vice President Harris was joined by President Joe Biden who, together, celebrated the 25th Anniversary celebration of the West Wing.

The history surrounding the White House West Wing is significant a bit more extensive than recently mentioned. Actually, the White House West Wing was constructed in 1902. It was built during President Theodore Roosevelt’s administration to accommodate a growing presidential staff and to provide more office space for the president.

According to the West Wing history, it was prior to the West Wing’s construction that the presidential staff worked in cramped conditions within the main residence, which was insufficient for the needs of the expanding executive branch.

Today, the West Wing houses the Oval Office, the Cabinet Room, the Situation Room, and offices for the president’s senior staff.

The addition to the White House has allowed for a more efficient and organized workspace, separating the living quarters from the working areas.
