Biden Holds Quadrilateral w/ Foreign Leaders Kashida, Albanese & Modi


POLITICS: As the weekend neared, US President Joe Biden prepared for the consecution of foreign leaders who will visit the President at the White House for the Quad Leaders’ Summit. In Washington for this year’s QLS, Biden will, also, join Dr Jill Biden for the speech the First Lady will deliver to West Wing guests.

In the next moments of White House events President Biden will meet with () foreign leaders. As his welcome is extended to Ukraine President Bilodymyr Zelensky who will visit with Biden later next week. Biden will, also, spend moments joining in talks with India’s Prime Minister Modi, Australian Prime Minister Albanese and Prime Minister Kashida of Japan.

According to the most recent White House report, the main talking points will include discussions involving Indo-Pacific Security. Biden and cohorts will engage in efforts at reaffirming their commitment to a free, open, and rules-based Indo-Pacific region, countering coercion, and promoting stability


Biden and foreign leaders will engage in discussing efforts to limit global temperature rise to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels and enhancing cooperation on clean energy technologies.


In regard to technological cooperations, efforts being made are aimed at enhancing collaboration on critical and emerging technologies, including cybersecurity and space, strengthening economic ties and ensuring resilient supply chains.


Today’s discussions will provide for efforts conducted that will bolster security, prosperity, and cooperation among the Quad nations and beyond.
