US President Biden Supported By SCOTUS Ruling on Emergency Abortion

POLITICS: In a ruling made on Thursday, the U.S. Supreme Court supported a decision made by US President Joe Biden to preserve a woman's right to receiving emergency abortion lawfully performed by a doctor.  In the Supreme Court case involving Moyle v United States, New York Attorney General Letitia  James sided with the SCOTUS decision to support the right of women to receive an emergency abortion.

In the last months, this year,, President Joe Biden commented in regard to the actions taken by the US House: “Senate Republicans blocked a vote to safeguard nationwide access to IVF. Their ongoing disregard for women’s ability to make these decisions for themselves and their families is outrageous and unacceptable.”

On Thursday,  a decision handed down by the US Supreme Court would approve of emergency abortion right for women in the state of Idaho.  Challenging the Supreme Court, the Moyle v United State would focus on the bans established in 14 states the , currently, oppose abortion.

The petition made through the Moyle v United States case would attempt to persuade the Supreme Court's decision in regard to more than the single Roe v Wade law and would take steps to prohibit the right of a women to receive an emergency abortion.

According to the Biden- Harris administration, every woman reserves the right to protect her safety and well being when her life may be placed at risk.

Earlier in the year, President Biden petitioned Congress to approach the U.S. Supreme Court decision and demand a reversal of tge Roe v Wade ruling. The administration has considered the more recent Supreme Voyrt reversal of Roe v Wade as an assault on women’s reproductive freedom.

In a most ethical standing it is from the vantage point of our moral compass that the matter of abortion may be examined. If by the court, then, there must be some consideration given to the adherence to US Constitutional statutes which make the application of rights and liberties all encompassing. For this reason, while the Supreme Court May solely rule that neither the federal government nor any U.S. state should be caused to finance abortions, it is certainly the constitutionally condoned choice on the part of any woman and her physician to exercise their right to certain inalienable freedoms. Any decision made by the U.S. Supreme Court that would infringe upon the right to the exercise of certain freedoms that are the inherent right of American citizens would be a clear and absolute violation of constitutional law.

The Biden administration stated that states’ bans on abortion are placing women’s lives art risk and tgreatening physicians with being jailed. In reality the bans on abortion are in direct violation of the right of a woman to exercise her personal liberties.

In regference to 2 catastrophic cases in which the families of Kate Cox and Latorya Beasley were devastated by SCOTUS Roe v Wade revision and state reproductive health care freedom bans, tge Biden - Harris administration believes such atrocities against families should never happen.

The Biden-Harris administration has taken a number of matters at issue into consideration that involve the U.S. women’s right to reproductive freedom:

• Protect access to abortion, including FDA approved medication abortion;

• Defend access to emergency medical care; Support the ability to travel for reproductive health care;

• Strengthen access to high-quality, affordable contraception;

• Safeguard the privacy of patients and health care providers; and

• Ensure access to accurate information and legal resources.

Incorporated In the current plans made by the Biden - Harris Administration, reproductive freedom stands as a primary concern. The Biden administration has expressed the decision to move forward by continuing “…to take executive action to protect access to reproductive health care, including through ongoing implementation of the President’s three Executive Orders and a Presidential Memorandum issued since the Court overturned Roe v. Wade.”
