Today, while both President Joe Biden and Australian Prime Minister, Anthony Albanese, the primary objective was to review matters associated with current concern involving China and national defense.

Albanese commented in regard to Biden’s demonstrated leadership stating that the U.S. President possesses the qualities of strong leadership necessary to “delivery…” what is required in such a crisis.
Todays meeting aimed at discussing both the U.S. and Australia’s most urgent concerns. Both governments are concerned over the situation involving China’s territorial attempts in S E Asia. The U.S. and Australia are acting on plans to diminish any dependence on Chinese economy while reducing reliance on China as a major mineral supplier.
In recent years, Australia has established China as one of its major trade partners. Both the US and Australia are expected to attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit in November to ensure that the next phase of U.S.-Australian economic matters will relieve both countries of dependence on China.
The netting by US President Joe Biden will convene in San Francisco and will be attended by China President Xi Jinping, November 11-17.
