Whaaascoop? Here it is! Such a sweet romance and it ain't illegal, is it? No , it is not! In 2001, then, little known to the public arena, the, emergent illustrious one, Kamala Harris has a few dates in her repertoire and with gorgeous hunks. One such gorgeous hunk was the veraciously sought after by females of all ages...make that race...Montel Williams, 1990s host of the popular Montel Williams Show.
The two engaged in a brief courting relationship Kamala Harris and Montel Williams did have a brief relationship around 2001. They made their relationship public when they attended a charity event in Los Angeles together.
At that time, Harris worked as an attorney in San Francisco City Attorney’s Office. Williams had become divorced the year prior, while, also, having been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis the year before that.
However, the specific reasons for the end of their relationship are not publicly known. Both Harris and Williams have spoken respectfully about their past relationship. Williams tweeted in 2019, "@KamalaHarris and I briefly dated about 20 years ago when we were both single. So what? I have great respect for Sen. Harris." Williams, also, commented, “I have to wonder if the same stories about her dating history would have been written if she were a male candidate?"
The Montel Williams show aired on CBS via CBS Television Distribution , 2001 -2008. The Montel Williams show was syndicated in 2009 and currently runs on the BET network.
After their relationship, Harris went on to have a successful career in law and politics, becoming the Vice President of the United States. Today, as Vice President is now happily married to Doug Emhoff. Montel Williams continued to work in television and advocacy.
Awwe. such a sweet and honest romance just like the ones we 've read in the paperback novels.
